To enable Reality Computer Services Ltd to access your Computer, you will need to have VNC installed onto your computer system.
If you bought your PC after April 2004, then you may not have the software already installed on your Computer.
You can find this software in the following location :
Windows 9x/2k Start, Programs, Net Tools, RealVNC Click the Run VNC Server icon
MAC OSX VNC will be located in your Utilites folder located on your master hard disk
